Statement from Blue Goose Pure Foods Regarding Allegations Related to Cericola Farms
We are so excited to be working with Chef Joe Friday, one of the newest ambassadors on our roster. Chef Friday was born in North Carolina, raised in Okinawa, Japan and trained in French Cuisine. He is the Founder of the Underground Chef Co., an organization that runs chef battles across Canada. Earlier this year, he opened Caliilove, a Hawaiian and LA inspired quick food and café bar offering authentic Hawaiian staple food including poke.
